Retail Furniture Delivery

SilverSprint Ltd offer a furniture home delivery service and  specialise in delivering furniture for the furniture retail industry.

Having retail experience in the past with selling on platforms such as eBay and Amazon, we understand the face of your company will be represented by our vehicles and staff. With the introduction of the seller ratings and feedback systems we fully understand the importance of communication, appearance and of course reliability.

We have vast experience in UK wide home delivery and drop shipping. All deliveries are booked in advance and our well trained staff ensure a reliable, professional and careful service. Our present clients are based throughout the UK and also overseas.

If you are importing your goods in to the country, we can accept, unload, store and distribute the goods out to your customers.

We can accept and unload vans, lorries and containers. When unloading, we make sure that your goods are checked in and a stock sheet is created so that we can locate your goods in an instant and keep a check of what is in stock.
We will allocate a specific area for you goods to be stored. Our warehouses are fully alarmed and secure. We can acommodate customer collections for your goods and you are welcome to come down to check, photograph or collect your goods.

On receipt of your order for a delivery, we will pick and label the goods ready for delivery. The delivery routes are planned at the end of each week and your customers are contacted every Friday  by phone to advise them of the delivery date and a two hour time window. We will also send across an email to you with the schedule of deliveries so that you are informed on the delivery timings

We also send a confirmed text to your customer as follows

“Hello, Your delivery from `XYZ FURNISHINGS` will be with you on MONDAY 18TH MARCH between 08:00 – 10:00.  Please call 0844 209 4664 if you require further information.Thank you from SilverSprint Ltd –”


How we conduct a delivery
We unload and store your goods

On receipt of an order, we pick and label your goods for despatch

The customer is contacted to book in a two hour time window for delivery

Our driver will give your customer a courtesy call prior to delivery

The driver will deliver to the first room of the house (ground level)

We obtain a signed delivery note and give the customer a delivery receipt

We are your customer’s point of contact, removing the logistical and administration headache from you.
