All is well, very well packaged and no damage.

Matt,

This is to record how extremely impressed I was with Silversprint’s service in collecting a grandfather clock (purchased on eBay) from rural Warwickshire and delivering it up here to me in Aberdeen.

At all times the service was polite and efficient. Communications were excellent and the agreed schedules and time slots were adhered to

Particularly impressive was the fact that the delivery driver was fully aware of what was in each of the five parts of the shipment and clearly took the appropriate care with each of them.

My trust in a company that sounded professional, but that I had not used before, looking after a potentially delicate 200 year old antique was not misplaced.

And all this at a no nonsense price that would be attractive to all – not only those from the North East of Scotland! Needless to say my recommendation is unqualified.

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service you provided in transporting my recent EBay purchase. I had anticipated that due to both the season and the appalling weather and road conditions delivery would be postponed into the New Year – and that would have been acceptable in the circumstances. I was surprised therefore to receive my item last Wednesday as agreed, give or take 29 mins (!) and delivery was made with a cheery smile too. Well done. I would not hesitate to recommend your firm to others requiring such a service.

My chest of drawers was delivered yesterday all the way from the South Coast to the East Coast of Scotland, well within the time frame promised. The driver was very helpful and pleasant and an excellent ambassador for your company. The service you provided from start to finish was straightforward and easy, from obtaining the quotation to receiving the goods. I was very impressed with your ability to quote a 2-hour time frame and day for delivery - and even more impressive, for it to be achieved. If only a lot of high profile national organisations would do the same! Your service is superb. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone who needs a courier service.

Nothing was too much trouble for yourselves and the line of communication was outstanding. The delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful.
